At American Woodline, we attempt to offer fair
and competative services to everyone of our
customers. In order to ensure that every
transaction remains fair and reasonable, we have
developed the following policies.
Terms of Sale
Custom
sized
goods
or
special
orders
may
not
be
returned.
Unfinished
goods
may
be
returned
within
seven
(7)
days
or
purchase
for
store
credit
provided
they
are
returned
in
good
condition,
in
original
packaging
and
accompanied
by
a
receipt.
Items
that
have
been
finished
may
not
be
returned.
Final
payments
are
due
within
10-days
of
delivery
or
pickup,
otherwise
the
balance
must
be
paid
in
cash,
or
certified
check
at
the
time
of
delivery
or
pickup.
Color
and
grain
are
natural
characteristics
of
fine
woods.
These
mark
the
unique
individuality
of
each
piece.
For
this
reason
we
cannot
assure
that
the
exact
matching
of
related
pieces,
but
we
will
do
our
very
best.
American
Woodline
will
not
be
responsible
for
pieces
that
do
not sit flush due to uneven flooring conditions.
Deposits
are
non-refundable.
Cancellations
are
subject
to
a
service
charge
of
46%
of
the
purchase
price.All
completed
orders
must
be
picked
up
or
delivered
within
30-days.
Goods
left
after
30-days
will
be
sent
to
storage.
There
is
a
storage
charge
of
5%
of
sale
price
per
month and will be charged to the invoice.
Return Policy
American
Woodline
will
gladly
accept
a
return
for
an
exchange
within
seven
(7)
days
from
the
date
of
purchase
provided
it
is
in
good
condition,
in
original
packaging
(if
applicable)
and
accompanied
with
original
receipt.
Items
that
have
been
finished
cannot
be
returned.
We
will
do
everything
possible
to
help
ensure
that your finishing selection is right before accepting your order.
Expediting Policy
American
Woodline
completes
all
orders
on
a
first
come
first
serve
basis.
However,
we
also
understand
that
under
certain
circumstances
a
product
is
urgently
needed
and
if
possible,
we
will
more
an
order
up
on
the
priority
list
to
accommodate
an
expedited
completed
date.
If
American
Woodline
agrees
to
a
specific
date
and
does
not
meet
that
date,
$25
will
be
deducted
per
day
that
the
order
is
not
completed
up
to
but
not
exceeding
the
full
amount
of
the
remaining
balance
on
the
order.
It
American
Woodline
expedites
an
order,
and
complets
the
order
as
specified
and
the
item
is
not
picked
up
within
24
hours,
a
surcharge
of
$25.00
per
day
will
be
added
to
the
balance
due
until
the
item
is
picked
up
by
the
customer.
